Terms of Service

Accessibro reviews PowerPoint and Word files against the WCAG 2.1 AA standard, shows you what it found, and, with your approval, applies fixes like alt text, titles, headings, reading order, and clearer link text. You review the results before you download the remediated file.

Accessibro is currently offered as an invite-only private beta. That means the service is still evolving, features may change, and occasional issues can happen. We work hard to keep it reliable, and our refund policy below has you covered when a job does not ship.

You need an account to use the service, and access during the beta is by invitation. Keep your sign-in secure and let us know if you notice unauthorized use. You are responsible for the activity on your account.

Please do not:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Upload malware or attempt to break, overload, or probe the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service except as a plan explicitly allows.
• Use the service to break the law or infringe someone else's rights.

You keep all rights to the files you upload and the remediated files you download. You grant us a limited permission to process your file only to provide the service (to scan it and apply the fixes you approve). We do not use your file content to train AI models. As described in our Privacy Policy, your file is deleted when your session ends.

The accessibility scan is free. You pay only to apply AI fixes, at the price we show you before anything runs: from your plan's deck allowance, or at the pay-as-you-go rate if you have credits. Prices are in US dollars. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, which you can do at any time; you keep access through the end of the period you paid for. Pay-as-you-go credits do not expire.

Refunds are automatic when we fail to deliver: a full refund if the remediation pipeline fails, and a proportional refund for any approved fix that did not ship. We do not offer a general money-back guarantee beyond this.

Accessibro remediates documents toward WCAG 2.1 AA, the standard referenced by the ADA Title II rule. It is a powerful part of an accessibility effort, but no software alone can guarantee that a document, a course, or an institution is legally compliant. We do not promise legal compliance, and using Accessibro does not create that guarantee. Loop in your accessibility or legal team for anything that carries legal weight.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, Accessibro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using Accessibro and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we need to for legal or security reasons. If we ever wind the service down, we will give reasonable notice.

We may update these terms as the product grows. We will post the new version here with an updated date, and for significant changes we will do our best to let you know directly. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
